The agony of the feet

This is what happens when you coop kids up in booster seats for too long.

(Draped over Noah's shoulder is his beloved blanket. It goes everywhere with him, and brings him comfort when the world spins a little too quickly for a five-year-old. Looking at this picture makes me wish I had a blanket, too.)

That is a great picture! I love those tiny feet. My daughter also loves to take her shoes off in the car.

Great shot! I love little people toes. They just look so soft and kissable. I have tons of pics of my kids feet. Sounds rather weird now that I think about it...

Obviously this picture was taken during the summer. I'd imagine if those feet were exposed during one of those London, ON winters, they'd be a nice hue of blue.

Found your site through someone in the States and discovered we're practically neighbours (Burlington, ON --went to Western).

Professional jealousy aside, love your site. Tried subscribing, but doesn't seem to be working. Could you possibly do a quick 'instructional' post for us compewter illiterate?

feet! though i hate adult feet, kid feet are fabulous. teeney tiney toes - and they haven't seen enough frat house carpet to develop chronic athletes foot or weird wart things. (THIS IS NOT ME, I SWEAR. I HAVE NORMAL GIRL FEET.)
and i, too, had a blanket that i took EVERYWHERE with me. I stopped carting it around at age 7 but slept with it until i was ten... this doesn't make me a sad person though. JUST LOYAL.

Isn't it too cold up there to be barefoot - even in the car?

What a cutie he is!

He looks almost exactly like you.

Ah, cuteness. Smart kid. Shoes are evil. I still love to be barefoot except I have noticed that my feet aren't as tough as they were when I was a child. Walking on hot pavement now is agony.

I don't think I ever had a blanket but I have to sleep with a stuffed animal. Otherwise I have nightmares. I even have a stuffed cat over at my friend's house for when we have weekend scrapbooking sessions.

Awwww...

And I HATE feet. So this is a VERY big deal for me to think that's cute.

Heh.

Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Hey, you didn't happen to know former NHLer Donald Audette growing up in Laval, did you? I don't know how small a town it is.

such sweet toes... You know, I wonder. At what point to adorable sweet little children feet turn into icky grown up feet? Grown up feet are NOT cute.

Few people are aware that Scott Carpenter kicked off his boots during his Mercury 7 trip. Houston has photos similar to yours of Noah. Hoston was not amused.~,:^)
