A brief-yet-ongoing journal of all things Carmi. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll reach for your mouse to click back to Google. But you'll be intrigued. And you'll feel compelled to return following your next bowl of oatmeal. With brown sugar. And milk.

On spreading light
"There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it."
Both, depending on where my energy levels are at in the particular moment and if I'm to either share a life lesson or if I'm to actually sit quiet and learn the life lesson. It can be tricky though, the super-ego wants to think that it already knows everything, but the ego comes along and helps me to remain in balance and be humble enough to learn. It's so true that the more I learn the more I come to realize how little I know!
Please note that Written Inc. has been set up so that all comments must first be moderated before they go live on the blog. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is to ensure bots and trolls don't muck up the works. ReplyDeleteEnjoy your week Carmi!
And mine's up with a game, as usual. (It's not so morbid this time. Promise!)

I think we all can start by reflecting it until the light starts to grow brighter within us.
