It’s hard to top the forces of nature when you go looking for some vivid examples of color.

Where you find them is almost immaterial, as they’re everywhere.

What matters is that we go looking for them at all.

And that we find some way to remember the experience when we do.

I risk being accused of hyperbole by saying this, but I feel it matters now, in a world where color feels threatened, more than it perhaps has been in our lifetime.
