A brief-yet-ongoing journal of all things Carmi. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll reach for your mouse to click back to Google. But you'll be intrigued. And you'll feel compelled to return following your next bowl of oatmeal. With brown sugar. And milk.

Awaiting flight
Hmm, where shall I fly today?
Seattle's Elliott Bay presents a range of travel options to a local.
Your turn: Do you still want to see my travel images? I've got lots of 'em left.
One more thing: If you have a free moment, please visit the exquisite blog, Melange, written by SRP. We seem to have captured thematically-linked birds (here's the direct link to her entry.)

Hi Carmi, Michele sent me.
ReplyDeleteYes I want to see travel pictures - I live to travel!
I like the way the gull looks hesitant about launching off - great shot!
I vote yes on the travel photos.
ReplyDeleteThis seagull looks like he's contemplating a dive off the bridge. They are such funny birds. Every time I see one I think of "Finding Nemo" and have to laugh.
Thanks for the mention.
Hi, I saw you twice above in Michele, so had to come and say Michele sent me!
ReplyDeleteLike your pics - I mainly started a blog to share photos myself, always like to share the pixels.
maybe he's gonna visit his gull friend
ReplyDeleteThat is most amazing Carmi....It truly looks like you were both in the same place at the same time...OR, maybe you are both really the same person! (LOL)
ReplyDeleteMORE travel pictures, YES!
Of course we want to see travel pictures, Carmi! =o)
ReplyDeleteawesome picture. Makes me want to leap with him. :)
ReplyDeletethats a silly question, we all live for your pics bud
ReplyDeleteIt's as if the two gulls are destined to fly off and meet each other.
ReplyDeleteYes sir, I love your travel pictures. Doesn't make me feel so stuck here in Boston (nice place to be stuck, I know).
ReplyDeleteDid you hear about the seagull murderer in Boston? Some poor schlub was cleaning high rise windows when was dive bombed by a gull. He batted it away with a tool, and it died. Someone saw him and called the SPCA. He's under arrest for animal cruelty and lost his job. Over a frigging flying rat. I like birds, but gulls can be visious. I would plead self defense if I were him!
