ReplyDeleteWent home to visit my Mom whose children both moved out within two weeks of each other, with only a few weeks notice :(
ReplyDeleteAs a passenger,I leaped from a moving car to save a cat that had wandered into the roadway. The car was just going over a bridge, and the momentum carried us into the water below. I caught a fish with my free hand and fed it to the cat.
ReplyDeleteJust as I released the cat upon the shore,The car pulled up and I got back in. Luckily it was a nice day and my clothes dried off before I had to meet Will and Kate for dinner at the Prime Ministers residence. At Dinner, Mrs Harper commented on a lost ktty that had wandered home, wet, and carrying a fish. I wonder...
