I find we get more resistant to change as we get older. Though this is possibly not a Good Thing.

‘A change is as good as a rest’ is an old English saying. This is not always true. I remembered one of the questions I was asked at headship interviews was, “How will you manage change?” A good choice for getting people to think deeply.
