Have to agree w/you.. Nowadays people don't take the time to be civil... I've noticed most are just concerned about themselves... To be civil you open yourself up to showing your tender side... Most don't or can't handle that... I know if I am being helpful/informative people are taken back... its a shame isn't it?

ReplyDeleteOne of the better definitions of civilization, that one. Definitely better than the usual notion involving firearms and fast cars. This Charles guy is (was?) wise.
