We had never been here before, this delightful little eatery on London's tony Richmond Row. Nothing pretentious, diner fare, family-owned, felt like home.

One meal was all it took to convince us this place was the real deal, a treasure hidden in plain sight. A texture-laden pic outside was absolutely called for.

It's called Prince Albert's Diner, and I'm sorry we didn't discover it sooner. Next time, milkshakes.
