We'll likely never understand the biological processes that led to its uncontrolled, chaotic growth - I'm all ears if anyone knows anything about this stuff - but I believe that's part of this tree's appeal. When every answer is a Google search or Siri query away, sometimes it's nice to revel in the mystery for a bit. Because we all need more wonder in our lives.
Hmm, looking for wonder; these three words keep bouncing around my head. And as we slowly build our list of safe family activities to do over the winter months, I'll keep them in mind as we look for things to do and places to go that make us smile, make us think, and make us somewhat whole again.
Suggestions always welcome. Maybe we'll all find another Wart Tree. Or something equally wondrous.
