Green buggies in a row

No one pays much attention to shopping carts - or buggies, if you will - unless they've been stolen and left to rust on a nearby street corner.

But they do indeed make a fascinating scene when you come across a bunch of them in a sun-splashed parking lot. Especially if they've been painted a natty shade of green and are lined up just so.

Weird, I know. But who defines what "weird" is in the first place?
