Taking control among the trees

There are days when a quiet walk among the trees is all we need.

I’ll go so far as to suggest that today may be one of those days.

Tomorrow, too.

Any day, even.

Because we can’t control all that happens around us.

But we certainly can make the here-and-now very much our own.

That control belongs only to us. And to you.

    I have been blessed that even when I lived in a city, I've never been far from trees. Here, in the rural area, if it's not raining, I'm taking a 2-4 miles walk every day.
