Sometimes you come across a piece of writing that reads like poetry, that seems to reach out and not so much touch your soul as gently graze it.
This is one such piece, a first-person perspective by New York Times contributing opinion writer Margaret Renkl on the speed of life, and how we might want to reframe how we choose to navigate it.
It's an easy five-minute read, but for some reason it sticks with you long after you've finished it and moved on to something else.
Some writers are just gifted that way, I guess.
Enjoy.
