Silhouetted London, ON February 2024 This photo originally shared on Instagram |
Today, we’re blessed with all sorts of tools and technologies that tell us all we need to know about the parts of the planet that aren’t visible to the naked eye. In adulthood, answers to mysteries are never further than our fingertips.
Yet I find myself staring at the silhouetted trees and wishing some mysteries remained just that. Not everything needs an answer, and sometimes it’s good for the soul to not know what lies beyond the horizon.
Indeed, sometimes it’s better to let the answers find their way to us on their own schedule, one sunset at a time.
