An especially tall moose

Officially she’s known as the C-17 Globemaster III, but unofficially she’s called Moose. And standing in her shadow it becomes clear why.

She’s beautiful, just not in the conventional way. If beauty means carrying anything, anywhere, safely, and bringing her crew home from unmentionable corners of the planet, then she may very well be the most beautiful flying machine ever built.

Let’s go with that. And let’s assume her lessons of beauty apply to far more than things that fly.
