Can you hear me now?

I spoke with Kathleen Petty, host of CBC Radio's Ottawa Morning show, earlier today. Click here if you want to listen to the package, entitled Reaction to major cuts at A Channel*.

For more background on my recent media rants, click here, then here. And if you missed the Canada AM hit with Marci Ien on Monday morning, head here. This link also works.

  2. It's crazy-making. I'm going to pick up a copy of my little tiny INDEPENDANT newspaper today. And I'm dropping of a letter to the editor in appreciation for all that they do. I'm so grateful to live in a town where the local media is owned by a local guy..not much money but it's real and it's his and it's ours.

I gave you a plug on my blog today Carmi

  4. Carmi, I just read your comment at Mojo's blog on his sepia post of the Queensboro bridge. I host the Sepia Scenes meme that Mojo posted for.
    Sepia Scenes
By complete coincidence I posted the Queensboro bridge too. I want you to visit my sepia post so you can see how beautiful a bridge it is! My shots of the bridge were taken last week when I was on my way to the Socrates Sculpture Park in Long Island City...:)
