It's about services, stupid
I wrote this piece, Hardware is irrelevant in the iPhone/iPad age, for Yahoo! Canada that may put this somewhat prickly entry into perspective. Or not. Either way, hope you enjoy the read.

This is exactly why switching to a Mac didn't work for me - we live in a windows and unix house, and itsnot cost effective to buy software we already have for one Mac - and why I DO have n iPhone - because it has the most robust collection of (virus free) apps and an easy interface.
ReplyDelete(it's also why I stick with AT&T as a wireless provider. Verizon doesn't let you talk and surf at the same time)
Thanks for the link, your articles are always excellent, (and informative) Our evening news mentioned how this latest production didn't have much fan fair! Speaking of great lines, "It's about the service, stupid" doesn't that just open a can of worms?!!! It seems to me he who markets great and powerful SERVICE will take the lead in everything! From flipping burgers at Mac and Don's to zip-lock bags! Service is key.....
