"One of the most tragic things I know about human nature is that all of us tend to put off living. We are all dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon, instead of enjoying the roses blooming outside our windows today."

what if you just stopped dreaming?...something i'm working on
ReplyDeleteLast year at this time I was looking out my window dreaming of what it would be once winter left...this year my dream is to enjoy the fact winter is being so very kind to us so far this year....Hooray! Took a road trip yesterday and we didn't find any snow!!!! My dreams will always continue, it's just a thing I can't quit....But I still do enjoy the simple things right next to me too!
ReplyDeleteA combination of both things usually serves us fairly well. Happy New Year to you and your family Carmi.
