The streetscape is dominated by houses, trees, and other annoying bits that block any sweeping or faraway views.
So on this evening, the dog leads us a few kilometres west, near the edge of town, where the houses and trees end and the big box developments begin.
There’s sky here. For now, at least, as the bulldozers are already preparing the ground here for another development.
Soon enough, we’ll have to wander even further from home to witness the sunset.
