We all deserve the occasional treat, of course, and as long as we’re keeping everything in its proper balance, it all works out in the end.
At least that’s the excuse I quietly tell myself as I layer on a little too much mayo and take in the weirdly magnificent sight of a strangely crinkled up wiener.
Texture in food, texture in everyday life. Sounds like a reasonable recipe to follow.
