That way, even if we get so full that we can’t continue, we’ll at least have had something sweet.
That way, we’ll have made a memory of something we enjoy, which hopefully will colour and shape all the other memories that we make next.
Because life is too short to miss out on the good stuff.
So we make little reminders to ourselves to find our way back to the things that bring us joy.
