# 23 of MY THIRTY DAYS OF THANKSGIVING
A brief-yet-ongoing journal of all things Carmi. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll reach for your mouse to click back to Google. But you'll be intrigued. And you'll feel compelled to return following your next bowl of oatmeal. With brown sugar. And milk.

YES! it def helped to see this pretty, bright, cheerful color! thanks! it's so blah and cold here... 9 out now with wind chill of 1 degree...
It's a great picture of a flower and some brightness is always appreciated. Where I live might not be cold to many, but two days ago it was more than 50 degrees warmer so the drastic change has me freezing. At least it is cold enough that things are icey, so I am not too wimpy am I?

Works for me!!! Not that I really can complain...Not as cold here as it is there!! brrrr!

Stopping by via Michele's!
It barely brightened mine - but only because my mood was already just about as bright as could be.
Beautiful picture! I wanted to thank you for always having such nice things to say on my blog. You are a great person. Thanks for the prayers.
Very well taken. From where I live, weather is warm ( 31 degrees Celsius). Wish I could share some of it with you.
Hope you enjoy your Sunday.

Yellow is such a happy colour!!! That reminds me... I should buy some sun flowers tomorrow... maybe they'll make me feel a bit better.
It's a bit warm here at the moment. Would you like me to send some of our heat to you?
Michele sent me.
yes. It's like a big sunshine!!
Absolutely. Flowers are very welcome. Winter will end here eventually. Others are having summer. :-)
Have a good rest of weekend.
Here from Michele's.
I'll pop the heat in some packing boxes and ship it to you. :o)
Michele sent me back again.
Wonderful! we had -2ºC and snowflakes yesterday at the French Alps (at 1,200m), got home at sea level with 17ºC some 9 hours later... Michele sent me this time!
Absolutely! These yellow spider mums are just the thing. It is so cold that every picture I took yesterday had a bluish cast- including the one of the swans frozen in the lake. Thinking Spring...thanks
Great picture...reminds me that spring will be here soon enough!
Bless you, yes it did.
It sure did!!! Lovely picture.
Love this photo. I can pretend it's the yellow "rose" of Texas:)
Here from Michele
