Your turn: So who's your hero? Why?
A brief-yet-ongoing journal of all things Carmi. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll reach for your mouse to click back to Google. But you'll be intrigued. And you'll feel compelled to return following your next bowl of oatmeal. With brown sugar. And milk.

My hero is NOT anyone of notoriety- that would be obvious.. Mine is the person who has endured either physically or mentally... The one who also shows unconditional compassion, respect, one who listens, non judgmental....The one who doesn't expect something in return. If one has those qualities the rest (creativity, etc.) is gravy.
My hero is my my mom. She is the strongest, most fearless woman I've ever known. She has shown me that even at her lowest, she was a fighter. Never giving up and always remaining positive. I hope I am half of the woman she is.
my hero is a very dear person who had survived atrocious history and still thinks of others and loves as far as they can.
Brilliant!
If i could be HALF that person......
