Fallen
London, ON, March 2011
About this photo: It's Thematic's "past its prime" week, and you're invited to participate. Just go here to get started. There will be no quiz, and you will not be required to sit through a timeshare sales pitch. We can choose to look at this scene from one of two perspectives:
- A sad collection of now-dead trees, decaying into oblivion.
- Nature's way of reclaiming, reusing and recycling, a necessary step along the never-ending life cycle that governs the planet.
Your turn: What three words first come to mind as this photo loads?

Spent, tired,surrendered.
skeletons, fallen, waiting.
looks like our (my first 3 words followed by) last rain storm. Our last rain also brought tornados complete with downed trees and flooding with the rain. sigh with the early spring flowers also comes the early spring tornado season. Griffin still hasn't recovered from last year yet.
