I'm normally not a fan of big-bore sports cars. Too look-at-me-ish, as if the folks who drive them are compensating for some other shortcomings in their lives. Yes, I'm stereotyping. So be it.

But when walking quickly through a South Florida parking lot, shooting from the hip to grab the most memories in the least amount of time, it's hard to pass up a lovely specimen like this when it pops into view.

I may not want the baggage that comes along with owning one, but that doesn't make the design any less lovely to explore with a lens. America's sports car, indeed.
