I'd say honey, too. Though I've never been thirsty, exactly, for honey! Great WW!

Can't beat apple juice. Or is it cooking oil?

Is that apple juice? I <3 apple juice. Honey, too, but I couldn't drink a gallon of honey.

I know it's juice or something, but my mind is telling me to say that it looks like a robot butt.

Cooking oil

Depends. Is it made from maple or corn? At first I thought it looked like some kind of motor oil because of the design of the bottle. Goes to show how much I know about mechanics!

Got to be maple syrup; I'm sure Canadians drink it (only kidding!)

I can think of four or five possible things that can fill that bottle and be that color, but I think the texture and lighting is really the awesome thing. What a great shot! Happy WW, stop by and visit.

I was going to guess honey, but apparently I wasn't the first to guess that.
Very cool picture!
No worries Carmi, I haven't been a very good blogger lately myself!
Have a great weekend...

Thanks, everyone, for your highly creative guesses. I smiled all the way through your comments.

In the end, it was apple juice. I apparently have this recurring habit of shooting backlit pictures of apple juice. Our youngest son LOVES the stuff, so we often use this little photographic addiction of mine as a way of keeping close when I'm away.

I look at pictures like this and I think of him, happy that the fridge is well stocked with his favorite breakfast treat.

Life is good...

although it appears to be apple juice, with the lighting one gets the feel of a mellow canadian whiskey.

you alwayd do such beautiful stuff!

I knew it was apple juice! And now I want apple juice. Of course, I almost always want apple juice. It's one of the few things I miss about flying. No kidding. I used to almost always get a can of apple juice with a plastic cup of ice on flights. I loved the way it tasted. There's something different about airplane apple juice. I should really fly again, if only for the juice.
