On making the right kind of entrance

"There are two types of people: Those who come into a room and say, 'Well, here I am!', and those who say, 'Ah, there you are.'"
Frederick L. Collins

I try to be like the latter. I do everything in my power to avoid the former. You?

Yes, I prefer to observe rather than be observed.

Perhaps it's a photographer's thing?

I am usually the one that comes into a room unnoticed... When I was a kid my relatives always commented on how reserved I was... Its the reserved ones u got to watch out for.. They take in everything..... :-)

People are basically selfish. I would LIKE to be the person who comes in and says, "There you are!" but I fear human nature has me wanting the attention on me. Of course, being naturally shy, I'm more likely be be just like Kalei's Best Friend up above.

Although I'd like to walk in and say "here I am!" but I'm really shy. So I like to go in un-noticed. I agree with everyone else, it gives me an opportunity to watch and take everything in,
