So...what do you think of this one?
A brief-yet-ongoing journal of all things Carmi. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll reach for your mouse to click back to Google. But you'll be intrigued. And you'll feel compelled to return following your next bowl of oatmeal. With brown sugar. And milk.

Strength - I like it!!
That tree has a lot of history- that is if you're going by the amount of lines in the trunk...
I like it, a lot. There is a huge cottonwood tree standing by itself out in the desert by Capitol Reef Natl Park that had special significance to my family. It's off the beaten path and we used to meet down there for camping. It's also where we threw my mom's ashes to the wind, as she asked. Your tree reminds me of that spot, and it's significance.
That's beautiful. When you enlarge it there is so much colour - and the textures are great. lovely shot!
I like it too. It prompts introspection. I am glad you are taking time to be thoughtful. My thoughts have been with you and your family.
Nice picture, Carmi.
