A brief-yet-ongoing journal of all things Carmi. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll reach for your mouse to click back to Google. But you'll be intrigued. And you'll feel compelled to return following your next bowl of oatmeal. With brown sugar. And milk.

Still thinking about that one! Good 'conditions' (however you define them) mean that if everyone has equal opportunity, then those with good conditions have a head start. Doesn't it? Or, to put it in opposite terms, poor conditions would mean a more than equal opportunity to give everyone equal opportunity.
If you see what I mean.
