Driver's ed dropout

If you're going to park like an idiot, you probably don't want to have a vanity plate on your car.

I'm pretty certain the driver of this current-generation Honda CR-V, Ontario plate FLIK, was the same guy in the adjacent grocery store who wandered way too close for comfort multiple times in his quest for the perfect box of Lucky Charms.

Not that anyone wants to be parked next to anyone these days - I was parked as far away from the rest of humanity as was physically possible - but the sheer violation of basic parking etiquette, principle, and kindness grated on me in the midst of a period when our behavior needs to be far more principled and empathetic.

Some days, I have serious difficulty understanding why some fellow humans insist on behaving so detestably.
