Every once in a while, a little voice inside our heads tells us to take a quick photo of our lunch. Or our breakfast. Or any other meal, for that matter.

What, you don't hear that little voice?

Whatever you're hearing, I hope you're listening. Because while photos of hastily devoured sandwiches - or whatever else makes it to your plate - may not reflect the ultimate photographic vision, they do tell the story of us. What it looked like, what it felt like, who we experienced it with.

So, yes, an ordinary scene. But an important one all the same, and I hope you're capturing yours, too.
