AND THE ATMOSPHERIC RIVER BEGINS!

A brief-yet-ongoing journal of all things Carmi. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll reach for your mouse to click back to Google. But you'll be intrigued. And you'll feel compelled to return following your next bowl of oatmeal. With brown sugar. And milk.

What can be said about such a nice cracker??
Michele says hi!
peace - and good night -
wishing you well
I don't know, but I'm an hour and a half into Week One of the South Beach Diet...again...and that sure looks yummy....*sigh*
That does look nice.
Ugh, sorry, I just wanted to get that out of the way, you know so no one else does it. ;-)
...to make you smile! And too few people smile too little in this world today.
Wow! I actually waxed poetic on a Monday.
The picture looks good enough to eat. Have a great Monday!
educate your palat and your brain???
Ha, one more...maybe it's "food for thought"...he he
It's to give someone like you an additional reason to photograph it!
Not that you need a reason to photograph food, plants, buildings, our children....
I love them all!!
Why not? As long as they are NICE words!
I have very fond memories of those cookies. Mmmmmmm....lots of sugar.... so ...... nice.
words embossed in food... it's all a mind thing... to make you feel nice as you are eating it... to make you feel safe that you are eating a nice cracker...
ever notice the phrases on the sauce packets at taco bell? they're pretty funny!
interaction with our food should make us want more... that's my $.02
you never know where inspiration will come from
Here all by myself.
Words in crackers, although this looks like a cookie with the sugar on top.
I had to think about this one... I know, you say she has too much time on her hands.
Three thoughts:
1. I remember a shortbread cookie with the brand name embossed on top. Brand recognition was the reasoning I suppose.
2 Why do they make animal crackers in the shape of animals? Similar novelty working here.
3. With kids spending so much time on video games, iPods and TV... snack time may be their only time to READ!
Your turn: Words embossed in food. Why?
So you could buy the thing -- and then eat your own words, of course.
Some people need these reminders. ;)

Warm fuzzy messages so you associate them with eating the product and buy! "Pantry" cookies straight from mom!
