"Art, like morality, consists of drawing the line somewhere."
G.K. Chesterton
Which begs the question: where do YOU draw the line?

A brief-yet-ongoing journal of all things Carmi. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll reach for your mouse to click back to Google. But you'll be intrigued. And you'll feel compelled to return following your next bowl of oatmeal. With brown sugar. And milk.

I draw the line when I know I have given it my all...and if I don't my integrity will be destroyed.
Well that depends on if I'm drawing stick people or houses! :)
I crop the picture...drawing a line is harder to undo.

You can't be afraid to draw the line in your picture! Creating Art is something new n yet undiscovered, n most often, a happy accident!
Morally, there is a fine line between porn n nudity, which may be to what he's referring... I have clay modeled alot of nude figures, but they weren't doing scandalous actions. Is that drawing an ethical line? perhaps.
I think I draw the line where I said I would, before I was in the middle of the situation.
Also, for the record - I love G.K. Chesterton. I marvel at his use of words, and howl at his wit.
