When I first arrived, I had a bit of extra time after checking in, so I did a walkabout and came across some little falls by the edge. It's pretty in an artificial landscape kind of way, but I liked the sense of peace in the middle of an exurban stretch of hotels, stores and restaurants. When I'm far from home, I look for the little things that keep me grounded.
The light was fading, so I didn't have a whole lot of time or a whole lot of flexibility. I rested the camera against a railing and hand-held this long exposure. I took a few just to make sure I didn't screw it up.
There is something dreamy about what slow shutter speeds to do fast-moving water. It's almost like a soft brush-stroke, and it makes me wish I could sit beside that quiet place for just a little while longer before I head home.
Your turn: What three words come to mind when you see this image? Should I post more like it? Water seems to be another recurring theme for me these days.

The three words that come to my mind are:

It looks like an oil painting on a canvas. Until I read the text in your post, I never would have thought these falls were small. It looked more like a huge waterfall to me.
I say keep shooting this type of shot. It's very calming, both for you and for us!
Three words that came to mind:
Power
Peace
Pressure
How can water be so peaceful in a slow moving stream or a tiny dripping faucet and yet be so powerful, able just with that constant drip to wear down huge rocks? It can exert enough pressure to topple concrete bridges, break up roads and tear down houses. Yet the sound of water in a small brook will soothe the crankiest of us to sleep.
BTW, this reminded my imagination of what Niagra Falls might look like if one looked straight down, from a low flying airplane.
Splish,splash, I was takin' a bath......LOL
Cool, Refreshing, Awesome,
(I use the latter in the dictionary definition sense - as in "awesome force of nature" - and not in the slang sense.)
And yes, more, please.
Unending

I like water photos...
Mist, time and stones.
restful, powerful, and soft come to mind, and I most definitely like your water photos, and am in the group that says keep 'em coming!
it reminds me of sand pouring through the middle of an hourglass
It's beautiful. I love it when you do this kind of stuff. I need to learn how to do that. Heck, I need to see if I can do it with my camera.
Three words? Nature is beautiful.
