Thankfully there was a duplicate bank of buttons - including a working one for 15 - on the other side of the elevator. But this scene made for a fun few seconds while travel-fatigued Carmi tried to figure out what to do next.
For the record, sticking my finger into the possibly electrified hole where the button should have been was never an option.
The moment made me smile, because it wouldn't have been worth remembering if every button had been in place.
Sometimes, a little lack of perfection is actually the preferable state of being.
