Thanks to everyone who has commented about the recent lack of Thematic Photographic. I put this weekly photo feature on hiatus a few weeks ago to give myself and you, my readers and blog community, a bit of a break from the routine.
Since then, I've received a steady stream comments, IMs and e-mails asking when Thematic Photographic will return. My answer: Wednesday, May 5.
The new theme will be "spring has sprung." Now that the season of renewal is well underway, I feel it's time to dive back in, and I can't wait to see what y'all come up with.

Glad to have Thematic coming back! Spring has already sproinged fully here in Southern California, but I have some nice photos of it waiting to be posted.

Carmi, I've dropped by frequently over the last year or so and seen thematic Photographic here on your blog. But I have enver really understood the mechanics of participating--what is expected of one. The theme is weekly, right? Post a picture fitting the theme, and...?
