Important, green news

It's comforting to know that some folks on this planet still have a sense of humor. The U.S. Postal Service has just released stamps honoring Kermit the Frog and the Muppets. Nothing earth-shattering, of course. But it made me smile, and I hope it does the same to you as this week starts its inevitable cruise into the weekend.

Your turn: Who - or what - else deserves a stamp?

I LOVED watching the Muppets when I was a kid and I'm tickled pink that they have been honored by the good 'ole USPS. I'd like to get my hands on a Beeker stamp!

Hello, Michele sent me!

Calvin & Hobbes deserve stamps.

Darth Vader deserves his own stamp. Why? Because he is a tragic hero of sorts, as well as an icon of our generation. Two generations, actually.
