It didn't, but maybe it'll bring a jolt of goodness to your life.
What is this picture saying to you (aside from "tongue", of course)?
A brief-yet-ongoing journal of all things Carmi. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll reach for your mouse to click back to Google. But you'll be intrigued. And you'll feel compelled to return following your next bowl of oatmeal. With brown sugar. And milk.

My first reaction was "Eewww, giant bug!" Which is odd because a) it doesn't look anything like a bug and b) I don't generally find bugs to be 'eewww' at all. I kind of like the little beggars - except earwigs. They give me the creeps. And bear absolutely no resemblance to your picture, so I don't know why I mention them, except perhaps as evidence that I need a break. Or my fever's back.
I hope your cold clears up soon - I'm on Day 11 of mine, and heartily sick of coughing.
green, fuzzy, violet
Hope your cold vacates soon. Are you in need of some meds? That's what it took to finally get rid of mine. Good luck - hope you're feeling better soon.
I'm voting for Violet leaf, too.
I'm sorry you are feeling yuckky, Carmi! I know what always does me good is to slather some Vicks VapoRub on my chest and throat, put on an old t-shirt and go to bed! Hope you get to feeling better!
Hi Carmi, thanks for visiting my blog. I've heard Dana mention you before too, so it is nice to make a visit over here.
That picture reminds me of a tip of a leaf. Under a microscope of course.
Bummer, can't be lazy anymore. ::sniff::
Fuzzy!!! I love these leaves! And they're thick, too, not weak, delicate little things.
Carmi, this photo suggest strength, softness and vibrancy, especially for those of us going through "mild" illnesses. See? I found a reason for it to make you feel better anyway.
Feel Better! Now!!! ;)
When I looked at the picture, my first thought was "I wonder if it's a plant with flowers."
Now, considering I tend to kill any flowers in the house, that's almost scary...
G'day Carmi, sorry to hear that you are not well, rug up stay warm, and drink plenty of fluids (now that was the "mum" in me coming out)
My initial reaction to your photo was I see a fish, I assume that it is a plant of some kind, but in my mind, I can only see a fish.
Take care, get better soon
According to my son Cameron, this picture is saying "I'm hungry"....he thinks it's a kiwi (which I don't have in the house of course!)
My first thought was "ewww...cotton mouth." Hope you are feeling better soon. Stay warm!
Carmi, my vote is for the violet leaf as well. I hope you get better soon.
I don't know why but I see part of a fish.
